Changito makes me smile!

Aaaaah - Changito!! Stampendous has created a LOVABLE character in him!! I love all of his antics. LOL

This card is a "tall" card - it fits into a #10 size envelope (business size). WAY fun!

I used this stamp set (Changito Dos by Stampendous) that you can get from eclectic Paperie. Joy and Daisy ROCK - and they have a full Changito collection! I'm addicted. The black rick rack is Cindy ribbon (May Arts ribbon that I buy from Cindy Lyles). The cardstock is all Stampin' Up!. I watercolored the image using Stampin' Up! markers and an aquapen. The leaves are stamped on the green cardstock using Versamark.

Hmmm - I think I need MORE MONKEYS! LOL

I hope you are all having a fabulous day and that it only gets better!

Mission Control

My friend Bevie issued a MISSION to a group of friends. We each received a uinque image and were to play! HOW FUN!!!! I got a fun cupcake image (unfortunately I'm not sure what company it is from) and decided to go WILD!!!!

I first looked through my stash of patterned paper and decided to use this Junkitz paper - FUN! So I based everything on that - and really let myself just have fun! I used some sequins trim that I had picked up at Joann a long time ago in their clearance section. I used bling brads, stickles, and FINALLY used my Bella Baubles that I've been hoarding!

The result - a wild birthday card that I LOVE! Thank you Bevie Pearl - what a fun, fun challenge this was!

And I have to add - the title of this post is making me sing "Ground control to major Tom . . . " - I love David Bowie! :)

Happy Birthday stamp from Stampin' Up!, patterned paper is Junkitz, cardstock is Stampin' Up! (Taken with Teal, Basic Black, So Saffron, Pink Passion), Yellow Stickles, Bella Baubles, SU! jewel brads.

Have an awesome Sunday!!!!!!!

I'm a BLOGGAH!!

That's Boston speak, as I live in the Boston area.

So here I am. What next? FUN!! I love to play with my kids, stamp, hang with my hubby, stamp, LAUGH, stamp. LOL

I recently renovated my basement - so now I have a stamp room - I call it my Haven. With this new studio, I have started teaching classes. WOW - in just a few weeks I have made some new friends, started a stamp club, gotten a few friends ADDICTED to stamping, and lots more! It truly has been a huge blessing!!!!

So here's to fun, stamping, laughter, and friendship!!!!!

Here are pics of my two little men - doing what they love best - EATING ICE CREAM!! At least the 5-year-old isn't as messy as the almost 2-year-old! LOL
