OCL Blog Hop - The Pond

Hi there OCL friends!  I'm thrilled to be showing you one more card on this BLOG HOP to celebrate our Brand New Release of 11 new STAMP SETS!!!

The card I made uses the stamp set called The Pond.  This set is STINKIN' ADORABLE!  I am in LOVE with it!  There are so many uses for this set.  Baby cards, "hello" cards, scrapping.  Just think of making a page of you and your child, grandchild, niece, or nephew going to visit a pond!

So here you have it.  I wanted to make something simple, as I have been sick lately.  It wasn't coming together at first - but then I had played around with my card and now I really like it!

One depressing fact - I can't find my Lemon Drop Sparkly Fluff!!!  DEVASTATING!  Say it isn't SO!  I was going to fluffify (yes - my new word) the duck.  Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be.  So instead I cut out the front wing and popped it up.  Now I am happy.  :)

Sneak Peek Day 2 - Bundle of Joy

Happy Thursday!  Are you here to see some more SNEAK PEEKin'???  WOOHOO!  That's right - Our Craft Lounge is releasing 11 new stamp sets.  I'm showing you a card I made from one of them.

The set is called Bundle of Joy.  It is a SUPER CUTE set that will definitely become a staple set for me whenever I need to make a baby card!

I made a SUPER SIMPLE card using this set.  I wanted to use this patterned paper that had multiple colors and glitter on it - so I decided to go simple.

I did use some Sparkly Fluff on the ribbon of the rattle.  Aaaaah - I love Sparkly Fluff!

OCL Sneak Peek - Build-A-Bouquet

Hi there, friends!  Long time, no see!!!

Welcome back for a FUN DAY!  Today is a SNEAK PEEK for a new release by Our Craft Lounge!  OCL is releasing 11 brand new AMAZING stamp sets!  You are going to LOVE what you see!

Today I am showing you a card that I created using the new stamp set called Build-A-Bouquet.  It is a super fun set that you can build with - and this is the best building I've ever done!  I also used the sentiment stamp set Big Thanks.

 Here's a close-up of the flower

I cut out different layers of the flower to create dimension.  To add the Sparkly Fluff to the center of the flower, I used a Pop-up Glue Dot.  HOW FUN!

Today I get to show you a project I made using the new stamp set called Notes of Love.  This set is super sweet and versatile.

I decided to make a really simple, yet sweet framed layout of my boys.  I love this photo of them wearing their PJ's, happy as can be.  I truly love them to the moon and back.

Below you can see the close up of the image that I used.s   I adore this sentiment.  I used some Lemon Drop Yellow Crafty Sparkles to glittery the moon image.  LOVE anything that spaaahkles, baby!
